Nordstrom held a Vogue Fashion Event on December 6th with the famous Andre Leon Talley. The show was featuring trends of the season as well as resort collections. I met some pretty phenomenal people, although I wish I had made more connections.. there's always the next events! (hopefully some pop up around Nashville soon) Sorry about the quality of the pictures, I used my iPhone, but I made the exposures brighter so you could see more detail in the clothing. Next time I'm definitely bringing my professional camera. I would probably make more connections by carrying one around anyways, because people think I'd take their picture, haha! Yes, I did meet Mr. Talley, and it was one of the most fabulous experiences ever. He sat in a chair while hundreds of people came up to just say two words, take a picture, then leave for another cocktail. He was wearing an extravagant robe sided with a cane. When we met, he said my outfit was great!
The resort collection presented with florals, pastels, chunky heels, and boxy purses was definitely my favorite collection presented that night!
